If so, we have exciting opportunities for Contract Management Apprentices to join our Birmingham office to work alongside our existing Administrators in supporting our Infrastructure and Contract Management teams with administrative duties. This is a greatopportunity for an individual who is looking for an entry level position into an administration role, whilst studying towards a recognised qualification.

This is an amazing chance to gain exposure to all our teams including Geospatial, Infrastructures and Commercial and we will develop your skills in report writing, Invoice management, basic account management and interpersonal skills.

**Apprentice Administrator Duties**:

- Daily team administration support
- Building client and internal client relationships
- Processing standard invoices
- Distribution of post to the relevant teams/colleagues
- Filing, data entry, scanning and document management
- Acting as first point of contact for telephone enquiries

**Apprentice Administrator Requirements**:
To be successful for this apprentice administrative role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks. You will have a professional, approachable manner that will contribute tothe success of a busy team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- High level of grammar and numeracy
- Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks with enthusiasm
- Be self
- motivated with the desire to broaden knowledge and experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative in a confident and personable manner
