**The Role**
- There are two positions available, one on the Nurses Team and one on the Specialist Team. _

To provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Liaising with customers, clients and medical examiners to facilitate medical examination appointments and supporting the medical examiner networkwith any queries that arise.

**Key responsibilities**
- You’ll be in daily telephone contact with medical professionals and the company's insurance clients, and be responsible for answering their queries.
- Creating and maintaining accurate case notes is an essential part of the role, along with carrying out general administrative duties.
- You'll support the medical examiners with any requests for replacement kit.
- You will be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met on a daily basis.

**Qualifications/Skills**

Communication skills - Good written and verbal communications are required.

Decision making and Accountability - An ability to take day to day decisions is required, referring non-standard matters to senior staff for direction.

Financial accountability - To achieve targets in the timeframe set to ensure all cases are processed as per the Service Level Agreements.

Team Working - An ability to self-manage own workload is essential.

Flexibility and Adaptability - An ability to manage a busy workload and help others in the team when needed. Flexibility will be essential to support the changing needs of the business.

Computer skills - PC literate with good typing skills. Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook are preferable.
