Technical Content Executive - up to £30,000 - Cumbria - travel to office once a month

We are looking for a Technical Content Executive to join an expanding team at an award winning FinTech company based in the Northwest. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on a bespoke platform as part of their plans to create SaaS products for their FinTech clients. The position supports flexible and remote working, with very occasional visits to their Cumbria office, which are paid for by the company. This is an excellent time to join the company as they have lots of plans for growth going forward and are working on some interesting new projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Work on their Training platform
Create accurate, engaging and intuitive digital content that helps users learn independently
Create videos, support documents, and recorded product demonstrations
Working closely with technical departments to understand how best to communicate with customers
Have an in depth understanding of the software and translate this into customer friendly digital support tools
Building and updating training overlays
Liaising with clients

**Skills required**:
Relevant Degree
Creating technical content - videos / documentation / demonstrations
Excellent writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of importance of brand, tone of voice etc
Understanding of UX / User experience
Experience working in an IT / Software / Technical company (desirable)
