A fantastic opportunity for a talented Content Marketer to play an instrumental role in the growth strategy of a rapidly scaling South Manchester-based fashion brand

The **Content Executive** is a newly created role based at our head office in Wythenshawe that will report into the Brand Marketing Manager, as well as work closely with other internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for use across multiple channels. You’ll contribute creative ideas, ensure content is kept up to date and focus on developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives the growth of our brand and products.

**Who we’re looking for**
- You’re a creative and enthusiastic self-starter who is eager to learn, likes to think innovatively and cares deeply about creating first class content in all its forms.
- You’ll have a strong attention to detail, a creative flair, and be a strategic thinker.
- You’ll have a brand-centric approach and you’re comfortable working closely with colleagues in Brand, Merchandising and Ecommerce roles.
- You’ll enjoy working on new projects and be comfortable maintaining multiple areas of focus.

**Key responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting compelling content and copy in a range of formats that align with SEO best practices and brand tone of voice, which resonates with consumers.
- Curating and sourcing images to showcase our products.
- Editing and proofreading content to meet exacting standards of accuracy and quality.
- Working closely with our SEO agency partner on search strategies, including producing relevant keyword research and content frameworks.
- Analysing the performance of content and reporting this back internally.
- Conducting regular content audits to identify gaps, updating outdated content, and improving the overall quality and relevance of our content.
- The day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms.
- Developing creative assets to effectively communicate product launches, promotions, and ad-hoc campaigns.
- Creating social content, shooting video, stills, etc, and working alongside our paid social agency to provide marketing and design assets.
- Helping with the organisation of photography and video shoots in our in-house studio and on
- location.
- Supporting with customer service enquiries within agreed SLAs, resolving them efficiently and effectively.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a content-focused role, ideally for a fashion brand.
- A growth mindset, keen to learn and progress.
- A genuine interest in content strategy, SEO and digital marketing in general.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create content to deadline.
- A detailed understanding of copywriting practices, on-page SEO and the role content has in driving SEO performance.
- An ability to adapt your writing to a set of brand and tone of voice guidelines while keeping SEO best-practice in mind.
- An exceptional eye for detail - essential for proofreading and editing content for spelling, grammar, style and tone.
- Ability to film and edit videos for use in ads and on social media channels.
- Strong project and time management skills, process driven, and the capability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised and flexible with a calm and positive attitude.
- A good understanding of organic and paid social media platforms.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics would be advantageous.
