**About the Team**

Our Global Collections team provide planned and reactive support to our business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on mitigation of losses, cash collection, and aged debt clearance. You will join a dedicated team who are responsible for providing administrative support to our telephony collections team.

We offer a hybrid model of 3 days at home a week and 2 days a week in our newly refurbished Office in Spinningfields.

**What you will be doing**

You’ll be part of the high performing, fast-paced Global Collections support team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Replying to online chat queries.
- Be responsible for tracking your own productivity.
- Achieve monthly targets set for QA and productivity.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and share best practice.
- Work with external vendors to ensure processes are being followed correctly.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and take the lead on them.
- Provide expertise in collections query management.
- Communicate in a professional, clear and concise manner with customers and stakeholders.
- Work across several platforms.
- Proactive in reporting any incidents to senior management.
- Provide training and support to external vendors and internal stakeholders as and when required.
- Work with the Strategy team to provide feedback and process improvement on new initiatives.

**What you will bring**
- Experience of working in a recoveries or collections environment.
- Experience of query management.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- The ability to work across multiple systems.
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative.

**Great if you have**
- Experience of working in the financial industry.
- Experience working in a regulated company following the FCA, DPA, TCF & Banking Code Regulations.
- Understanding around the BACS rules
