Support the Registered Nursing staff in providing assistance and personal care for patients within University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire Trust.

If you have excellent communication skills, a “can do” attitude, and hold an NVQ II in care or are you willing to work towards this qualification, this could be the right role for you.

**The route available is**:
**NO previous Healthcare experience**: -Trainee HCA-75% of a band 2-£16,787 + enhancements
As a trainee HCA you will have NO previous experience of working within care. You are required to study a level 2 health and social care related qualification alongside your working role.
You must be aged 16 or over
Be a Resident in the UK/ EEA for the last three years
Must NOT be in any form of formal government-funded education
