**About the role**:
We're on the lookout for a Global HR Advisor to join our Reckitt team. This is a position that calls for a forward-thinking individual who is as eager to listen and learn as they are to guide and inspire. Your role will focus on empowering our people, fostering a culture of recognition, and ensuring best practices across the board. If you're passionate about making a tangible impact on the journeys of employees at every stage, while shaping the HR landscape of a leading global brand this could be the role for you.
As a HR Advisor your role extends support to the HRBPs with respect to employee relations case resolution, vendor management for employee services. providing guidance on counselling, support on local projects, policies, procedures, or any other project support etc. You will extend support to the HRBPs in the local market by providing them functional understanding and expertise based on the project ask. This role will not act as an HRBP or perform day-to-day business partnering or operations role. The role will require occasional travel to Hull.
This role is an 8 month fixed term contract.
**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide input into business goals and to execute local HR projects and to implement HR programs, as needed
- Manage employee relation investigations. Provide guidance (including coaching and counselling), and own case resolution for issues raised
- Vendor management for employee services such as benefits, outplacement etc.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases ensuring that all relevant documentation, correspondence, and outcomes are appropriately recorded
- Collaborate with HRBP, Legal Counsel, and appropriate third parties to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures. and processes as required by the business. Ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating HR Portal (during HRT transition period) — Limited duration

- Robust analytical skills for transforming data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
- Practical knowledge of HR process improvement and project management.
- Comfortable with digital tools and data management for informed decision-making.
- A strategic thinker with commercial acumen who can find solutions and champion excellence.
