Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Provisioning customers lines and broadbands
- Completing & submitting Pre-Order Validations for customers
- Booking in installations for both broadbands and system installations
- Log, categorise & prioritise customer tickets in line with the relevant ticket banding and type.
- Work closely with the sales order processing team, and other colleagues or distributors, in troubleshooting problems.
- Work with customers, internal or external, to resolve onboarding issues and ensure they have a positive experience dealing with us.
- Complete assigned daily tasks to ensure optimal network performance and end service for customers.
- Ensure regular communication with managers, team members, and other departments to maintain reliable service and meet customer expectations.
- Provide cover to other areas in the Hosted & Connectivity department where needed
- Manage 3rd party providers to ensure that customers receive regular updates on tickets raised with them

**Person Spec**

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Outlook 365 knowledge
