**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Directly reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will have responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle of roles you’ve sourced or been allocated from your client base.
- Business development
- Present progress reports to your line manager regularly.
- Research the market within which we operate and make recommendations regarding the recruitment process and techniques we can adopt to better the business.
- Advertising roles through our advert posting channels.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing roles, understanding their needs in details as well as screening the applicant's qualifications.
- Advise and educate clients on current market trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years in a similar role within the commercial recruitment sector
- Successful billing record as a recruitment consultant
- The ability to set out weekly, monthly and annual targets.
- Experience in meeting and beating targets
- Proven track record of developing business with new and existing clients
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- A desire to achieve success and build out a successful team
- A competitive nature and a strong background in business development are a must.
