As an Assistant Operation Control, you will be responsible to carry out back office operations work, including accounts, transactions monitoring and reviewing, filing, risk coordinating and general administration work. This is a full time permanent position.

**Key responsibilities**
- To perform ongoing review of the customers to ensure all requirements have been met
- Conduct regular review of the accounts and high risk customers according to the internal policies and provide high risk accounts analysis report to Financial Crime Compliance department regularly as required
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
- Support the risk coordinator to identify the operational risk and other potential risks and report to the Risk Department
- Provide support to the branch manager and deputy branch manager in the areas of internal control, compliance monitoring and internal audit assessments to enhance the branch’s risk control
- To ensuring that all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering, internal controls and all Bank and departmental policies and procedures are complied with including business continuity planning.

**Requirements**:

- Degree educated in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Experience within the Financial Services industry and proven track record in similar business stream
- Relevant professional qualification
- Good knowledge of Retail Banking procedures
- Customer Service Experience
- Good MS Excel skills
- Team player
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
