**Essential**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with senior management as appropriate
- Proficient/skilled in the use of Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint/MS Teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Can support meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes/action points
- Experience of producing documents to high quality standards including carrying out data quality checks
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Understanding of the principles of records management
- Can work effectively to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative within agreed limits
- Experience of working as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with meeting related administrative tasks including booking meetings using Outlook, preparing agendas, and producing minutes / action points
- Contributing to the development of effective relationships with staff at all levels
