We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to work closely with our partners to deliver excellent customer service and administrative support to those involved with the NHS Surrey Talking Therapies Service. **Please be advised this is a home-based role.**
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will work as part of the administrative team supporting with organising diaries, arranging client bookings, and ensuring our clients have access to relevant information about treatment. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate information when updating the record-keeping systems. You will ensure good working relationships are established and maintained with primary care, voluntary and statutory agencies, clients, and WithYou teams and management.
We are flexible with offering full-time or part-time employment providing the core service hours are covered: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm), Saturday (rota basis 9:30am - 12:30pm).

**What we’re looking for**
We are looking for someone who has experience in providing efficient and reliable customer service, ideally in a voluntary organisation. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication and IT skills and able to manage your time effectively. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and staff.
