Reactivation Advisor

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Reactivation Advisor to join our team in Blackburn. As a Reactivation Advisor, you will be critical in reconnecting with our customers and bringing them back to GAP Plastics.
In this position, you can use your excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities to build relationships and provide outstanding support to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people and enjoys a busy but engaging working environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have previously engaged with GAP Plastics and our nationwide trade counters, encourage reactivation and discuss the benefits of our products and services.
- Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalised recommendations.
- Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or issues they may have to ensure a positive experience with GAP Plastics.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and update customers' information in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and provide leads for further business development.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively answer customers' inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Meet monthly reactivation targets to contribute to the team's overall success.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to keep accurate records of interactions.
- Proficiency in using bespoke customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer data.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a volume of phone calls.
