Our Iconic and luxurious hospitality venue based in Hertfordshire are seeking a well rounded HR Generalist to join as HR Manager on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £40,000 on offer plus a variety of perks.

**What does the role entail?**

As the HR Manager reporting in to the General Manager working closely with Heads of department you will oversee HR in its entirety, setting the strategy, formulating the HR roadmap and in charge of all HR operations though the employee lifecycle. Your rolewill be to build the culture across the 150-200 headcount through engagement and communication with the view to reduce staff turnover and to build a leading training and development plan for their staff to again help retain and upskill staff. This will bean all encompassing HR role managing a small team and overseeing Recruitment and Retention, L&D, ER, Payroll and all other HR responsibilities and duties.

**What skills will you have?**

To be considered for this HR Manager role you will be confident and capable HR Generalist who will be happy and at ease carrying out the duties listed above and importantly you must come from a hospitality background. Ideally you will have started CIPD qualificationor possess other relevant industry qualifications and will also be able to manage and develop a small team. You will also possess the ability to multitask, prioritise and at times meet challenging deadlines and needs of the business, whilst ensuring the companystays abreast of all employment law changes. Ideally you will be available to start straight away or on short notice, however the client will also wait for the right person.
