Telesales Team Lead

We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission
**The Opportunity**:
- Leading a team of circa 10 telesales agents, managing activity and behavioural sales performance as well as employee relations.
- Conducting regular feedback and coaching sessions with each team member.
- Call listening with the team to drive continuous improvement
- Analysing KPI’s within the team and finding new creative ways to improve processes
**What we need from you**:
- Previous experience in managing a team (ideally a contact centre/ telesales team)
- Target and objective driven and have a proven record of hitting targets.
- Confident to improve and introduce new processes into the team to help drive sales.
**It would be great if**:
- You have experience working in an FCA regulated environment
- You have experience working with tenants insurance
