In this exciting role as a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling tenants insurance through a mix of cold and warm leads via telephone. Based in Lincoln City Centre office and working remotely two days a week, you will benefit from a flexible working arrangement.

The total remuneration package for this position consists of a competitive base salary and a realistic OTE of £36k in your first year. Your commission earnings will be directly tied to meeting both sales and performance targets.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You should also have a proven track record of success in a similar sales environment.
