Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Individual to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Installations on site, to an exacting standard, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory from the warehouse to site and product retention. If you have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent management skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise Installation staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of inventory
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during collection of stock.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

**Skills**:

- Applicant must have full clean valid UK Drivers Licence and personally own reliable transport
- Applicant should be adapt at problem solving and possessing the initiative to overcome onsite unplanned events.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.

£14 p/h whilst training rising to £15 when fully competent.

A minimum of 32 hours over 4 days + overtime.
