We are looking for a Team Leader for our new Supported Living Service opening in Battle, which will provide support to 6 adults and is focused on achieving and maintaining independence.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of this new scheme, alongside the development of people who will live here.

East Sussex Community Support and Supported Living are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join the team, we support tenants living in supported living placements across the county. Currently we have 3 but will be expanding to 5 schemes in the next 2 years.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Supervise designated staff to maintain a safe, caring, effective and responsive service.
- Lead, alongside the service manager, the day to day running of the service
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are maintained
- Manage, alongside the service manager, the deployment of staff, ensuring that resources are used effectively and within budget limitations.

Your role will also include;
- supporting people out in the community
- working alongside people to maintain and learn new skills
- supporting with activities and providing personal care

A full training program is available to support you in your role - including medication, health and safety, Safeguarding and manual handling training.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
