We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a busy Main Dealership environment. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience combined with the tenacity to hit sales targets and the capacity to grow your skills and knowledge.

**Champions rewards**

The rewards are great when working at Lipscomb. Alongside a generous basic salary of £22,000 you can earn commission and bonuses that could take your earnings to in excess of £45,000 per annum with a company car from our fantastic range together with 20 day’s holiday rising to 25 days long service, company contributory pension scheme, staff and family discount schemes.

Once your induction is complete you will join the Volvo Champions rewards programme. This is designed to help you to achieve your goals whilst rewarding your efforts along the way. Sales performance is tracked against your peers in First Class leagues: and generously rewarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
