**This role entails**
- Post holders will provide general administrative support through the full recruitment cycle
- Post holders will administer the contracting process across programme business areas as required ensuring that ITV contracting and compliance guidelines are adhered to
- This is an entry level role so training will be given on ITV systems, processes and policies where required
- As directed, they will play a key role in creating and delivering a relevant social media approach to support a range of recruitment activities, campaigns and outreach as well as administering a range of initiatives to attract and secure high quality talent, embracing ITV’s diversity and inclusion agenda at all stages.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Selection**
Provide administrative support for the talent execs/managers/coordinators throughout the end to end hiring cycle as follows:

- Assist the Talent exec/manager with the identifying, engaging and securing of junior editorial talent with particular focus on runners, loggers and work experience.
- Assist with the posting of jobs across a range of sites and social media ensuring posts have an inclusive reach
- Support the talent exec/manager on any entry level schemes or initiatives through the full cycle from outreach, issue of all paperwork, onboarding (laptops/IT) and exit chats

Develop knowledge of the skills and development framework that underpins career progression for all production roles

Proactively build expert knowledge of all our systems and processes so that we make best use of time and resource:

- Be proactive in developing knowledge of all recruitment systems, databases and software
- Develop knowledge of social media used in the attracting, selection and hiring of talent ensuring all roles and business messages are posted across our social media platforms.

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills**:
**Minimum role criteria**:

- Experience of providing excellent administrative support to several managers concurrently, processing a high volume workload within a busy and fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
- Experience of inputting data and managing a variety of documents/systems eg spreadsheets maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in ever changing circumstances
- Experience of assisting with the set up of small scale events fulfilling an outward facing role as well as marketing via social media
- Demonstrable ability and interest in learning things quickly and building required knowledge to fulfil a role as well as to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrable interest/experience in a relevant field eg HR, recruitment, television production, media
- Excellent spelling and grammar with previous experience of creating social media which engages and delights a digital audience. This could be a passion project or part of a course of education/training.

**The Key role criteria is as follows**:
