Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Agent's Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their team of Digital Talent Agents. The Senior Agent's Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their agency.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, assisting with scheduling, inquiries, and client communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Coordinate and manage projects and campaigns for clients, including brand partnerships, sponsored content, events, and media appearances. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Assist clients with content creation and distribution, providing guidance on content strategy, optimization, and platform management. Coordinate content shoots, editing, and publishing schedules as needed.
  • Handle administrative duties related to client representation, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting contracts, and maintaining client records. Ensure all client-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an assistant, coordinator, or within the digital media industry, preferably in a talent agency or influencer marketing agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
