Supplier Relationship Manager

We're looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join an established business services organisation in Milton Keynes.
Our client is one of the fastest-growing Managed Service providers in the UK, specialising in the procurement of temporary, interim, and permanent staffing. They use a single platform to orchestrate the recruitment which means greater control, compliance andvisibility of recruitment and spend for their customers.
As Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll be project managing new Client implementations. Leading on the creation of a robust supply chain which will provide coverage of a wide range of categories/markets. You'll build and maintain strong and collaborative relationshipswith suppliers and work with the Operations and Business Management team to strengthen supply chains.
This is a hybrid position with the ability to work from home some days.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside Supply Chain Coordinators to manage implementations
- Liaising with both new and existing suppliers
- Chasing incumbent suppliers for existing worker data
- Negotiating rates/margins to ensure a balance of Client savings and supplier fulfilment incentive
- Pinpoint challenges faced through discussion with the Operations team and suppliers
- Arrange and host supplier forums to obtain feedback to report back
- Reach out to current suppliers on the system to support
- Research and explore new suppliers not currently on the system
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail with a methodical approach and the ability to maintain up-to-date and thorough reporting. You must be a confident communicator who enjoys picking up the
phone and building relationships. Ideally, you'll have previous successful recruitment, account management or sales experience within a busy environment.
