Supply Chain Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and self-motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join an established Managed Services organisation based in Milton Keynes. This is a hybrid role working in the office 2 days a week.
Our client is one of the leading companies in their industry, and following significant investment and continued success, they are looking to grow
their Supply Chain Team to meet their ambitious plans for the next 2-3 years.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of an effective and compliant supply chain from point of enrolment and throughout the partnership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Supply Chain Business Partners with the successful onboarding of new suppliers and continued successful partnerships with existing suppliers
- Maintain a high-quality supply chain through audits to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements
- Enrolment of new suppliers, ensuring addendums are produced accurately and on time
- Report creation
- Processing of annual partnership fees
- Identification of new suppliers for hard-to-fill roles
- Completion of bank checks
- Event planning and delivery
Skills & Experience
You will have a keen eye for detail and be methodical in approach, with the ability to manage a busy inbox.
You must be a confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and building relationships. Ideally, you'll have previous customer service, account management or sales experience within a busy environment.
