Supply Chain Co-ordinator

**The Role**:
This client is growing to accommodate increased needs within the business and to meet ambitious growth plans for the business over the next 2-3 years. This is a new role which will report directly to the Supplier Engagement Manager. The purpose of the roleis to support the delivery of an effective and compliant supply chain from point of enrolment and throughout the partnership.

Your role will be supporting the Supply Chain Business Partners with the successful onboarding of new suppliers and continued successful partnerships with existing suppliers, whilst maintaining a high-quality supply chain through audits to ensure full complianceof contractual requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enrolment of new suppliers, ensuring addendums are produced accurately and on time
- Report creation
- Processing of annual partnership fees
- Identification of new suppliers for hard to fill roles
- Completion of bank checks
- Event planning and delivery

**Experience / skill set**
- Keen eye for detail
- Methodical approach
- Ability to manage busy inbox
- Confident communicator
- Enjoys speaking with clients over the phone and building relationships
- Experience within customer service, account management or sales is desirable

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Milton Keynes, MK5 (hybrid-working option)

**Salary**: £12-£14 per hour dependant on experience
