**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the planning department to plan cost effective optimised routes against a constantly changing landscape with the possibility of various adhoc amendments.
- Assist the planning department with communicating with our transport team.
- Assist the compliance department to satisfy statutory requirements in addition to best practice & continual improvement for the business.
- Interpret information to prioritise tasks in line with business needs.
- Operate a high level of attention to detail and utilise organisational skills.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain the highest level of company customer service standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Experience working within a fast-paced office environment.
