**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organised
- Utilise computerised systems including Google Suite, Hubspot, and other office software
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in typing and data entry skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competency in using computer systems

Pay: £15,426.06-£24,568.06 per year
