IPERA are recruiting an administrator, working with Insolvency Firms, to help workers who have lost their jobs to claim their redundancy pay and benefits, and also the administration of their work place pension schemes.

Some knowledge of such matters, including employment rights, pension deductions and payroll would be beneficial.

Hours: Part time 20 - 30 hours per week

Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to;
Gathering Employee information to substantiate their claims for redundancy and benefits

Preparing reports for each staff member including forms P45s and other tax documents.

Pensions work will involve;
Requesting, scheduling, assessing and presenting Pension Scheme contribution data

In addition, there will a requirement to perform general administrative duties answering telephone calls and recording queries to be processed.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

IT literate with good keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, excel and

Knowledge or experience with standard work routines which have involved the use of simple office equipment or machines preferably in an office environment

Ability to use Microsoft Teams and/or other distance communication technology

Familiarity with Database/CRM systems

Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively

Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly

Reliable, dependable and willing to 'pitch in' at all times, possessing a friendly, helpful and communicative manner

Team player with the ability to work on own initiative

Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work

Salary Negotiable indicatively £12 - £15 per hour depending on experience.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
