**About Us**

**The Role**
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

You will be comfortable answering the phone, logging jobs, dealing with people and able to carry out administrative dutieswith accuracy and speed. A highly organised person who can multitask well is essential to be sucessful in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow office procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records, logging jobs accurately
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in supplier relationship management

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as Office Coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures would be helpful
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable, patient and professional at all times

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 01/07/2023
