**Intensive Support Worker**

**Hours: 22.5 per week**

**Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour**

Are you passionate about helping people? Are you able to build relationships with people? Do you have empathy for others and are able to put people at ease?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intensive Support Worker. The role will help to ensure that people referred to the service are supported effectively to access appropriate services and become more active and involved in their communities.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team working on a project - The Net, providing support to people to help direct and support them through support services. You will carry out a variety of duties including administrational support, gathering people’s experiences of the service, assist in recording outcomes being achieved, writing case studies, providing direct 1-2-1 client support. This may include taking people to services if their confidence is low, helping people to complete non-means tested benefit forms etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
