**Project Control Coordinators, - Hemel Hempstead offices - £25k**

You’ll be joining a global market leader with a strong customer focus and great faith in the personal commitment, ability and drive of each employee.

Reporting into the Senior Project Control Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting both the Sales Support team and Relationship Sales team, working in partnership to maximise and protect

margin and profitability and to maintain a smooth process flow ensuring that customer satisfaction is delivered on every opportunity.

You’ll ensure that all activity is planned and resourced to deliver the customers requirements both on cost and on time, this includes the preparation of quotes and estimations and maintaining close liaison with the sales, project management and the implementationteam. You’ll also update forecasts and report any scope changes and margin impacts. Working in partnership with Project Control Manager you’ll also ensure that all activity is visible and reported accurately into Salesforce

**Objectives**:
Support with creation of margin analysis for all business unit activity

Support with Salesforce loading for business as usual activity

Management of workflow requirements through to design, operations and implementation

Support with monthly invoice scheduling, tracking and administration

Administration of 3rd Parties costs within projects

Administer equipment stock movement and communicate any slow or obsolete to the Commercial Manager

**Your Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Offer excellent customer service, status updates and commercial decisions
- Promote the brand by building trust and rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop brand loyalty
- Ability to demonstrate high level of accuracy.
- Input data into salesforce when required
- Estimating and quote preparation in line with program or project activity
- Liaise with Project manager over order cover requirements to ensure the business has cover in place for additional

sales and variations
- Brief the Implementation team on the key requirements for delivery and installation
- Input in to salesforce, track and monitor against budget requirements and report affectively changes
- Sales order raising and processing for supply only orders
- Booking of transport including raising purchase orders
- Progressing of outstanding quotations
- Acknowledging customer orders
- Providing general office coordination support where needed
- Continual communication with Production, Warehouse, Project Management and Implementation teams
- Preparing files for invoicing
- Promote the brand by building trust and rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop

brand loyalty
- Run daily reports to check all goods have been despatched as requested
- Support the Project Control manager with month end invoice process
- Support the team with calls and preparation for supplier meetings
- IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook.
- Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable).
