**Scope of Role**

The project coordinator is a member of the project management within Professional Services (PMO) team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of projects. The Project Coordinator will ensure the project management framework is well-organized. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization and enabling the Project Manager to access the information required to run a successful project.

**Key Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing timesheet reconciliation, purchase orders and reporting
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
- Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience of ERP project implementations desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field desirable
- A minimum of 1 year experience working within project delivery
- Familiar with project management methodologies
- Excellent customer service and customer facing skills to work alongside customers on and off site
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Problem-solving to quickly come up with solutions and strategies to support the success of projects

- Ability to manage the blend of people, priorities and constraints presented in all projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all stakeholder groups
- Be able to investigate issues and generate an effective solution in a systematic and logical manner
- Be adaptable to change and work as an effective member of a team Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills within software development delivery environment
