**Description**:
We are looking for a POS Project Coordinator based at Hemel Hempstead to oversee a variety of projects across our extensive customer base, whilst managing our POS hardware inventory.

You will own multiple projects at any given time, ensuring projects are delivered

within scope, on time and communication to customers is provided throughout the project life cycle. You will be responsible for our project hardware inventory

management from point of order through to delivery and stock keeping.

Reporting into the POS Implementation Manager, you will possess excellent

communications skills with people at all levels and maintain a strong customer focused approach. You must be equally passionate about the company, your role and act as an ambassador for the team. Be proactive, dynamic, forward thinking, and able to hit the ground running.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage and execute project plans for small works and NSO projects ensuring customer success
- Act as a point of contact for key customers during small works and projects
- Deliver small works / projects within time frames specified at sign off stage
- Actively engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Take ownership and drive solutions to avoid project delays
- Highlight risks and delays throughout the life of a project. Where needed, agree and implement solutions to delays with stakeholders
- Take ownership of all hardware orders including the returns process
- Act as a gatekeeper for all project hardware stock
- Proactively keep abreast of hardware changes and keep capex sheets up to date
- Produce quotes
- Manage, track and log stock, using our stock tracking app
- Manage and book hotels, couriers and trains that are required for engineers

- Experienced with supplier negotiations and escalations
- A good understanding of project lifecycles
