Sales Manager. Based Watford.

£60,000 Basic, £90,000 OTE Uncapped + Excellent Benefits.

Managing an internal (inbound) sales team, this role requires a natural leader - Someone that can motivate, inspire and mentor others. The company are a industry leader and are enjoying phenomenal growth. The culture is people-focused, dynamic and inclusive
- They experience a very low turnover in staff.

Your team focuses on converting warm leads and inbound calls. The sales process requires a consultative, relationship-building approach.

As a Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management, retention, training and growth of the existing internal sales teams. You will be a natural leader, the type of individual that leads by example and be an inspirational and energeticindividual whom the team will instinctively react and aspire to.

Above all, you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional who is well-presented and possessessuperb written and verbal communication skills.

A structured training programme gives you the autonomy and support to ensure success and great job satisfaction.
