Sales Team Manager - Medical/ Clinical Sales

£60,000 Plus Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.

This company are leaders in what they do. They have experienced phenomenal global growth over the past few years and are looking for a sales manager to come into their Watford office to manage and nurture the current team of 9 inbound sales consultants.

You and this team will be in charge of taking warm leads from customers coming directly through the website and via inbound calls. The product this company specialises in requires a consultative sale, so someone who understands the importance of buildinga relationship with their clients right from the first call is a must.

As a Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management, retention, training and growth of the existing internal sales teams. You will be a natural leader, the type of individual that leads by example and be an inspirational and energeticindividual who the team will instinctively react and aspire to.

**What's Required?**
- Sales leadership of an internal sales team within the medical/ clinical industry.
- An ability to motivate, inspire and mentor others to achieve peak performance.
- A solution led sales approach.
- You will be someone with superb communication skills who is inquisitive, proactive and comfortable with shadowing and being shadowed on pitches.
- You will have a unique ability to be assertive without being abrasive and keep all team members adhering to KPIs, CRM, and sales process.
- You will be down-to-earth and a team player.
- You will need gravitas, integrity, and the ability to quickly gain the confidence of an already successful sales team.
