**Client Digital Service Specialist**
**Jersey**

As a Barclays Client Digital Service Specialist, your purpose within the role is to ensure that Private Bank Jersey provides high-end digital services to their Fiduciaries, Funds, Corporate & Family office clients. You will be supporting both colleagues & clients within this jurisdiction and be the main point of contact for clients, supporting complex digital queries and helping maintain client relationships by providing an excellent service.

Due to local government legislation, you will need to reside or be willing to relocate to Jersey to be considered for this role.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

**What will you be doing?**:

- You will be driving client usage and awareness of Digital Solutions and increasing Digital adoption rates
- Being responsible for the end-to-end performance of Digital services
- Delivering digital channel training and awareness to relationship teams & business colleagues
- Identifying areas of improvement within the client’s digital journey
- Representing Front Office in key change initiatives, providing Subject Matter Expert expertise
- Having responsibility for the review and maintenance of Front Office procedures

**What we’re looking for**:

- You have experience working in an Agile environment, including an understanding of methods and software (Rally/AGILE Central, JIRA, Confluence)
- Great understanding of accessibility best-practice for digital products and services
- Excellent analytical skills, Methodical approach with good attention to detail
- You will have an understanding of the Digital product set and services offered by Private Bank & Crown Dependencies
- Knowledge of the competitor landscape across the wider wealth management industry

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- You will be self-starter who is comfortable driving the change agenda and will pro-actively seek ways to work through issues
- You are passionate about service excellence and driving the client experience
- Demonstrating your ability to work and influence at senior management level and build effective cross functional relationships with service partners
- Proven Ability for supporting or implementing change in the capacity of either a project manager or business lead

**Where will you be working?**
We have two offices in Jersey situated in the heart of St Helier, the main town on this idyllic Island.
