- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Babraham Institute’s Finance Team in the position of full-time Trainee Accounts Assistant.Reporting to the Management Accountant and Deputy Finance Director, this position will be responsible for undertaking Accounts Payable and Receivable duties including processing supplier invoices, processing credit card transactions, journal posting, raising sales invoices for the Institute and processing funds received. The role will also consist of maintaining cash books, credit control.We are looking for an individual with 5 GCSEs (including maths) as a minimum, and who has an interest in starting a career in finance. Holding 3 A Levels or AAT Level 2 is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role is not required and the jobholder will be trained in all aspects of the job upon commencing employment.- Informal enquiries can be addressed to-
