**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector**

**Location: Chesterfield**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected, rapidly expanding British based manufacturer as a Quality Control Inspector, based in Chesterfield.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking and recording details of both incoming and outbound stock.
- Weighing and measuring products, including calculating cubic meters.
- Assessed returned stock, making appropriate decisions as required.
- Inspecting stock samples following complaints and providing management with quality reports.
- Working as part of a small team to agree priorities and apportion workload effectively.
- Operating forklift machines (Bendi/Flexi/counterbalance) and moving stock around the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Meeting all Health and Safety requirements, contributing to a clean and tidy workplace at all times.
- Ideally, experience within a Quality Control environment, although not essential.
- Experience within a warehouse/ manufacturing environment.
- FLT licence and recent use would be ideal, although training can be provided.
- Strongly procedure driven with high standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills, working with different teams to understand priorities and get the job done.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, at times physically demanding, warehouse environment.
