Country Lion is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Business Administrator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including but not limited to managing correspondence and preparing reports.

2. Effectively use Microsoft Office tools, mainly Word and Excel, to create, format, and edit documents and reports.

3. Leverage SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline administrative tasks.

4. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.

5. Facilitate internal communication between different departments.

6. Organize and maintain files and records for ease of access and retrieval.

7. Learn and carry out administrative tasks specific to the passenger transport industry.

8. Use outstanding organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

3. Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Automate; experience in these areas would be advantageous.

4. Familiarity with accounting and/or HR administration would be advantageous.

5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritise work.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific tasks.

10. Excellent problem-solving skills.

11. Excellent attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
