Conference and Banqueting Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Conference and Banqueting Manager for a beautiful 4* Hotel in Haselmere. Due to the location; you would be required to have your own transport.
The successful Conference and Banqueting Manager will receive a competitive salary.
**Your role as a Conference and Banqueting Manager**:
- To ensure all conferences and functions run smoothly
- Motivate and manage your team
- Be a strong leader and ability to think on your feet
- Scheduling reservations
- Marketing skills to support FoH selling conference and banqueting facilities
- Briefing staff and checking the room before and after event
**The successful Conference and Banqueting Manager will have**:
- A strong background in events management
- Excellent multitasking and time management
- Good communication skills, particularly with guests and co-workers
- Fluent English both verbally and written
- Own transport is essential for this position
