To assist in the smooth running of front of house operations by maintaining & organising of stores and cellars to the required standards. To assist the Restaurant manager and Conference and Banqueting manager in ensuring bars and function rooms are stocked and set up before each event and our garden bar is maintained.
Main Responsibilities
**_Operational_**
- Complete weekly beer line cleaning in each bar
- Ensure the daily emptying, cleaning & storage of bottle bins
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks of all bars ensuring company hygiene standards are maintained to a minimum
- Ensure that the correct cleaning procedures are followed in respect of chemicals, equipment and PPE
- Monitor & record temperatures of beer cellars & refrigerators every day
- Monitor stock rotation of bars and storerooms and rectify issues to minimise wastage
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with bar manager regarding orders
- Assist with the receipt and storage of deliveries
- Undertake monthly stock takes
- Assisting Conference and Banqueting Managers with room settings
- Ensure F&B linen stores are well organised with dirty stock and rejects recorded correctly
- Ensure the table and chair store remains tidy and safe for other users
- To undertake quarterly inventories on all equipment
