The recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle and selection of staff for specialised openings throughout the Country. The incumbent acts as Single Senior Expert as he or she is the only recruiter in UK and must be an enthusiastic, motivatedand talented individual for the position, reporting to the Head of People Management EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Job advertising and postings - enhancing job descriptions, rewriting postings for internal and external use,providing specifications to external agencies, support continuous improvement as it relates to materials forinterviews/develop, drive, and managestrong relationships with hiring managers to ensure successfulplacements
- Build a strong employer branding promoting the company values according to global framework - manageagencies for marketing material, manage relationship with other stakeholders such as universities, schools andchamber of commerce/government
- Own the internal job market and manage recruitment agencies
- Applies best practices in hiring processes and is part of the recruiting community, support the outline ofrecruiting policies
- Implementation of Success Factors recruiting module in the UK

**Key Interfaces**:
Hiring managers, line managers of different BUs and GFs as well as HR Partners and HR Services, HR People Management EMEA and Corporate PM, Country Head UK, external providers and partners like recruitment agencies, schools and university, authorities, ad agenciesand job boards.

**Education/Experience**:

- Professional experience
- B.S. degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or alike
- Agency and in-house recruiting with focus on direct search and social media; marketing know-how to manage agencies for marketing material to build up strong local employer branding
managers; ability for a quick understanding of roles
- Experience within recruiting for manufacturing environment and or chemical industry
