We are going through an exciting period of change as we plan to transition all of our existing 3 sites, to a new, purpose-built facility in Gartcosh. The move is a key part of securing our long-term future in Scotland, serving the best customers in the industry.

The People & Culture team are responsible for supporting the whole employee life cycle and working in partnership with the business to enable the delivery of our strategic objectives. The team plays a key part in driving change, growth, and improvement within the business.

This new role, reporting to our People & Culture Lead will act as a vital support to the team during this particularly busy time. The key responsibilities are:

- Manage absence data and reporting, including RTW’s, triggers and LTS
- Support case management including LTS, disciplinary and grievances
- Processing employee time records to support payroll administration
- Processing weekly agency timesheets
- Arranging new start inductions and equipment i.e. IT/ uniform etc
- Support the maintenance of the HR systems and employee files
- Managing the HR Inbox.
- Managing internal and external general HR related enquiries.
- Support the People reporting and metrics process.
- Provide support to the wider people team to ensure efficient delivery of service to the business including cover during holidays.

The role is primarily based at Bridge of Allan but may require some travel to our other sites in Kirkintilloch before we all transition to Gartcosh from 2024.

We are looking for a positive and proactive team player who is confident working autonomously and delivering agreed tasks on time. If you have some HR experience and are passionate about people, we would love to hear from you.
