Thrive to Keep Well Programme Co-ordinator

Stirling, United Kingdom Stirling Council Full time

THRIVE to Keep Well is a partnership programme led by NHS Forth Valley and Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils with programme delivery also supported by a range of partners working across the council areas. The programme is targeted at vulnerable adults who experience poor self-esteem and confidence levels, poor mental health and wider well-being which impacts negatively on people’s ability to progress with their lives.

THRIVE to Keep Well is delivered by facilitators from partners agencies through a 16 week programme which focuses on change for a healthier lifestyle, promoting individuals to be responsive to personal development. It provides skills based workshops to increase confidence, knowledge and awareness of coping with day to day stresses. Participants explore attitudes and the vital importance of skills for creating pathways and opportunities within the wider community to further education, volunteering or employment.

As the Programme Co-ordinator, your work will be determined by the strategic monitoring group and be supported by operational groups in both Stirling and Clackmannanshire areas. Stirling Council will provide day to day line management support.

Your key responsibilities will be to co-ordinate the delivery of programme across Stirling and Clackmannanshire, support recruitment of participants to the programme, liaising closely with programme facilitators, ensuring appropriate levels of data collection and compiling performance monitoring reports so we can evidence the wider impact of the programme and the difference the programme makes for participants. You will also be required to represent the programme at a range of strategic and operational forums.

You will have excellent communication skills and substantial experience of working with vulnerable adults adopting person centred approaches in the support of participants. You will also possess excellent partnership working skills.

This post is temporary until 31st March 2025 funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
