The Georgian House Hotel is a small business family Hotel & Restaurant in Whitehaven.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for bartending and providing exceptional hospitality, we want to hear from you

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of all ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Work along side other staff members to ensure smooth service at all times.

**Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Bartending experience, including knowledge of various drink recipes and techniques.
- Previous experience is the preparation and serving of cocktails.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
