- Be an excellent communicator committed to being part of an effective team within the whole school community
- Set high expectations and encourage students to be the best they can be
- Have experience of working constructively in a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and own position within these.
- Understand the principles of child development and learning processes.
- Possess a working knowledge of national and foundation stage curriculum and other relevant learning programmes and strategies.
- Have experience of motivating pupils to develop to their full potential.
