This leisure complex offers an ice rink, trampoline park, soft play, large gym, fitness studio’s and 25 metre swimming pool so we’re looking for an Ice Supervisor with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment.

Working closely with the Ice Assistants and Duty Managers, you’ll ensure that the Rink runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes which may include reception, stock control, sales and promotions as well as achieving financial and sales targets. You’ll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with a team of like-minded people and encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports.

You'll be motivated and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. You'll ideally have some customer-facing experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of ice skating, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.

What you’ll do:

- Cleaning and maintain the ice rink facilities
- Supervising and supporting customers
- Supervising and supporting staff
- Talking to parties and making sure they run smoothly
- Deputise for the Duty Managers when necessary

As a leader within the leisure industry we can also offer scope to progress your career, and job variety like nowhere else.

What you need:

- Customer service skills
- First aid at work (ideally but not necessary)
- Time management
- Organised
- Problem solving
- To be a good level of ice skating ability
