Job title - Reception / Concierge

Location - Milton Keynes

Job type - Permanent, Full time

Hours - Monday - Friday, 08:00-18:00 with an paid 1-hour lunch break, 50 hours per week

Salary - £32,500 annually (£12.50 per hour)

We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast-growing team, believes in great customer service, and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.

Daily Duties include:
Meeting and greeting visitors/tenants/contractors

Phone enquiries

Receiving post and delivering to tenants (not heavy packages)

Keeping reception and kitchen area tidy

Loading dishwasher

Logging/creating new access control cards

Accident/incident reporting to LSH

Keeping LSH updated at all times

SIA licence (beneficial)

Individual requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or in customer service

Professional presented, self-confident and smartly dressed at all times

Good health and safety knowledge

Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail

Good intermediate computer literacy

Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels

Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
