**About the role and our team**

Join our team at the Ramsey Respite Centre as a Respite Support Worker.

Our team provide a needs-led supportive service to children and young people with additional needs and their families. This is primarily working day shifts (Morning and Afternoon).

You will be responsible for:

- **
Providing** a high standard of care for children and young people with a disability using the Ramsey Respite Centre
- **
Assisting** in the development and implementation of programmes that are based on the assessment of individual needs
- **
Contributing** towards the multidisciplinary reviews of children and young people referred to the Ramsey Respite Centre
- **
Working** with the children and young people and their family, colleagues and other professionals involved with the young person
