**About Our Client**:
My client are very reputable charity based in Oxford. They are based in a ideal location with parking and great access to public transport. They have a very modern approach to worklife balance and offer great benefits.

The key responsibilities of the EA are:

- Assist with the organisation of the annual Leadership programmes.
- Ensure required HR data is received from team for Director and executive/trustee meetings.
- Ensure messages left on Whistleblowing line are escalated appropriately.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of budget, forecast and month end meetings.
- Liaise with clients to ensure property valuations are scheduled and completed as required.
- Ensure regular meetings for Finance Director and Chairperson.
- Organise and take notes/actions for the Investment Board.
- Assist Director to ensure SIRO requirements are met.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful EA will be:

- Experience of coordinating/booking travel and accommodation.
- Working to support and prioritise various stakeholders ensuring needs are met.
- Experienced with office systems and procedures.
- A good understanding of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
- Dedicated customer focus and service.
- Enjoy being a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organiser.
- Working within or experience of working with several managers from different teams.
- Successful relationship building with both EAs and remote stakeholders
