**Data Entry**

Reed are currently working with a local law firm recruiting for enthusiastic, empathetic people to join our client, as an**Administrator**. You’ll be part of a small-medium vibrant, energetic community.

You will be joining the team on a**Full-time basis**, on a **6 Month fixed term contract** based in the heart of **Birmingham City Centre**. The role is currently on a **Hybrid working** module, that being 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However, this may change over time.

Your Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and updating all department relevant internal databases and spreadsheets, as well as electronic filling of documentation.
- Collate claims data.
- Provides secretarial and related administrative support services to the business to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff.
- Fully understand the Sales Case process including how to generate of new codes on the systems and escalate any order and supply observations.

Your qualifications & experience:

- Strong working knowledge of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience of working with Finance based systems such as SAP, Microsoft AX Dynamics, Acorn or JDE.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across departments and with senior stakeholders both external and internal.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, team orientated environment.
